DS 708 troubles and disappointed

I bought it some days ago. It worked just 2 days. At 1st SD card wasn`t recognized, I bought a new one, downloaded the software from the site .It worked for some minutes, now it works very slow and the screen became crazy and when I touch the left side(eg.update settings, power off), An icon from right side is activated and I can`t return to home screen.I tried to calibrate but it was impossible. can you advise what to do? armmuradyan@yahoo.com -

There shouldn't be such problem. What's your SD card size? Could you please take a picture or video for our checking? Please send to support@autel.com and our support team will help you. -

Everything is ok now. I defragmented the new SD and turned of f the device for 8 hours.And it works, but I can`t understand which one helped.Unfortunately the original Sandisk 8gb SD card cannot be recognzed by the device, but it works on the PC. Now I am using Verbatim SD 8 gb.Thanks -

Take care not to have any scanner sit in the sun in a hot car for any length of time
